We have been engaged in constant efforts to develop new products for the friction material industry, such as vibration cut and sheet cut metal fibers for highly demanding OEM applications. Now we are cooperating with two leading global friction material companies to develop new high performance and environmentally friendly green metal fiber. Serial engineered lubricants based on graphite and metal sulfides are also under development.

Thanks to both collaborative and independent research by our R&D team, the range of our products has expanded and stretched the limits of friction raw materials. New product segments include high arch concrete reinforced steel fibers and sintered metal fiber products. We are also providing acoustic exhaust insulation for GM vehicles manufactured in China. Our latest efforts have been concentrated on materials and systems development for Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). Our DPF program shows early promise both in the efficiency of our sintered metal fiber sheets, and the performance of our design prototypes.

Since the initial creation of our quality control system in 1996, a substantial amount of manpower and finances has been dedicated to the improvement of the system. Since 1998, we have obtained ISO9002 certification from TUV every year.
