Beijing Powertech Co. Ltd. was founded in February 1998 and registered in Fengtai Park of Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. Its factory is located in the Fengtai District, Beijing and has an area of about 10, 000 square meters. Besides, a new factory which is in the Beijing Yizhuang economic development zone and has an area of more than 10, 000 square meters will also be put into use in 2013. The company is mainly committed to the technology development, manufacturing, sales and after-sale services of Vacuum Coating machines and their key components. It is a high-tech enterprise with integrated technology, engineering and trade functions. It has nearly 300 employees, and nearly 100 of which are R & D people.

The company's main products are vacuum coating machines and their key components. It has realized independent design and manufacture of all core systems, including the configuration of the vacuum chamber and the vacuum unit, target, power supply, automatic control, water supply, gas supply, heating, measurement and transmission systems. The company has successfully developed vacuum coating machine power systems such as the high-frequency and high-power inverter bias power, DC bombarding bias power, pulse bombarding bias power, IF sputtering power, DC and pulse sputtering power, as well as a variety of ion source powers since its foundation.
