Ultralite International Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company established in Sydney, Australia in 1986 by Mr Siung Yang and Sir William Keys.

With Global headquarters in Sydney, Australia and regional offices in USA, UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the Middle East plus factories in Dongguan and Shanghai China, Ultralite has developed into a Multinational Group marketing energy saving products in over 30 countries worldwide.

Over the years clients have included GE, Phillips, Osram, Sylvania, OTT and Lumin8, however today, the major focus is manufacturing and marketing our range of products under Ultralite owned brands.

During the past 20 plus years Ultralite has lead the world in the development of energy saving products which include electronic ballasts, electronic transformers, high bay lighting, luminaires and high power factor low harmonic distortion CFL lamps.

An extensive R&D program is augmented by a team of dedicated engineers and scientists which provides client opportunity for specialised product development. Quality control and adherence to specification is demonstrated by the large array of International Certifications which include "CE", "UL", "ETL", "AS/NZS", "ETS", "CSA", "SAA", "RoHS", "CB" and is also qualified for the World Bank's ELI program. Ultralite operates a Quality Management System certified by SGS.

Ultralite was the first company in the world to obtain certifications for Energy Saving CFL Lamps and Electronic Ballasts at "SAA", "UL", "CSA", and "Semko" in 1990.

A commitment to environmental sustainability through the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is a major focus of Ultralite and as a result operates an extensive dedicated environmental sustainability program.
