Anhui Nandu Huabo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2017 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Nandu Power Co., Ltd., a Shenzhen A-share listed company. Its business scope includes the research and development, production, and sales of new energy materials, as well as the introduction, development, and industrialization of waste lithium electronic battery recycling technology; Collection and recycling of waste lithium-ion batteries, battery material waste, and non-ferrous metal waste containing nickel, cobalt, copper, and manganese. The project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and covers a total area of 437 acres. It will be constructed in two phases.

The first phase of the project covers an area of 97 acres, with an investment of 520 million yuan. It annually processes 25000 tons of various lithium-ion batteries, and can produce a total of 13000 tons of lithium salt, cobalt salt, nickel salt, and other products. It also produces 400 tons of ternary precursor and ternary positive electrode materials, and achieves comprehensive recovery of copper, aluminum, graphite powder, and other materials. It is a leading enterprise in investment scale in Jieshou City.
