To meet themarket's demands and with more than 7.8 million yuan which they raised intemally, the factory's managers, led by Jiang Peizhen, the current President of Golden Throat co., Ltd, estabilshed Guangxi Golden Throat Pharmaceutical Factory on December 12, 1994, after they received cerificate from the Health De-partment and the Drug Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
On September 18, 1998, the factory changed is name to the Guangxi Golden Throat Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. On December 18, 2000, the corporation received a GMP certificate from the State Drug Administration. On Seprember 28, 2001, the Guangxi Golden Throat Group was registered.
