Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang province, the notheast of Yangtze River Delta, which the city is known as the 'kindom of fine chemicals'. A favorable geographical position makes the company got the convenient transportion, it is only take 10-30 miniutes from the company to the express way, express raill way, airport and seaport.

As the first batch of township enterprises, the company was founded in March of 1985, with the registered capital of 2000Yuan RMB, named as Huangyan county Donghai Chemical Factory.

Developed along with the Chinese economic reform, the character of company altered from collective ownership to privately-owned enterprise, the registered capital was changed to 125 thousand Chinese Yuan. And miainly produce and run the rubber antiscorching agent PVI and YG-1, meanwhile the company started to sell the other rubber auxiliary. The ISO9001: 2000 quality cerficate was passed in July 2002.

To enlarge the domestic and the outsea business and attract more talent people, the factory altered the name from Huangyan Donghai chemical factory to Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Co., Ltd in November 2005. The registered capital is 11.3million Chinese Yuan. Mainly manufacture and sell rubber chemicals.

The company is the first factory which produce the Antifatigue agent PL-600, and the largest manufacturer of of curing agent TCY(TTCA) in China.

Turned from the simple antiscorching manufacturer to the comprehensived rubber chemical producer and seller over 30 years' development, now the product refered to rubber accelerators, curing agent, antioxidant agent, antiscorching agent, peptizing agent, adhesive agent, and anti-fatigue agent, etc. Otherwise the company seperated the manufacturing and sale successfully. A new production bases which the output is near Billion Tons was established in Dongxiang of Jiangxi province in August of 2004, the bases covers near 80 thousand M2. This step created favorable conditions for the development of the company.
