Anhui Ningguo Chengxin Wear-Resistant Material Co., Ltd., was established in April, 2002, with chrome alloy cast grinding balls & cylpebs as its main products. Now our company becomes a large wear-resistant material enterprise which production capability achieves 30, 000 metric tons of chrome alloy cast grinding balls & cylpebs by several years of hard work. And we are one of the drafters of national standard for casting grinding balls.

Our register capital is RMB Ten Million, total area is twenty-eight thousand square meter, and building area is fourteen thousand square meter. There are six workshops, nine sets of medium-frequency induction furnaces, three sets of full-automatic heat treatment production lines, one transformer substaion and one ZZ416ALP vertical parting flaskless shoot squeeze molding machine in our plant. The test equipments in the Quality Inspection Center are full. Direct reading spectrometer is used for controling chemical composition. We have passed the certificates of ISO9001: 2000 (Quality Management System), ISO14001: 2004 (Enviromental Management System) and GB/T18001-2001 (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment System). The new standard plants, advanced production and test equipments, perfect quality assurance system and nice production environment, are the foundation of the high quality "CHENGXIN" products. Our products are not only widely used in internal large cement, mining & power plants, but also exported to Russia, Vietnam, Burma, North Korea, South Korea, Yemen and etc.
