Shaanxi Watson Biology Gene Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in December in Xi'an, 2002. The head office of company is situated in Pioneer Square in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Zone. Watson Bio focus on plant extracting and processing, which includes the extracts of St. John's Wort(Hypercins), Wool Leaf Banmboo Shoots (Stachyose), White Willow Bark (Salicin), Echinacea and dozens of other plant. Among which, Stachyose is our main product.
Stachyose Project is part of the National "Spark Plan" Projects, which was also the key project of the institute of microorganisms, Academia Sinica during the Eighth Five-Year Plans and of the national. It is a kind of symbolic hi-tech product in the field of sugar biotechnology and microbial ecology, and was recognized as healthy food, which enjoys the reputation of "super bifid factor", "super highly soy oligosaccharides" and "healthy sugar". Stachyose is always a favorite with customers in developed countries, and it is a new contribution brought by hi-tech.
Through out serious consideration, our company base decides to go into production on this project. By restructuring and reorganizing Qinling Botanic Chemical Plant, we have invested 20 million on another 30 mu requisitioned land, and the GMP production base is already under construction. As a core enterprise of new Fengxian Industrial Park, our company has received energetic support by the local government.
At the same time, the talent team of our company has been expanded and reinforced On the basis of the previous one, which provides a solid foundation for training the young, as well as developing the research technology.
