Prepress, sheet-fed offset printing, binding, die-cutting, folding-gluing, inspection, and export packing are completed in-house at a 50, 000 m² Facility. The pressroom operates 50+ presses, including Heidelberg Speedmaster and Manroland sheet-fed offset presses.
Binding and converting equipment includes Mü Ller Martini PUR perfect binding lines, KOLBUS hardcover binding lines, and BOBST die-cutting and folding-gluing equipment. SunTop also completes Smyth sewing, three-side trimming, lamination, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and window patching.
SunTop uses G7 Master color management and the ISO 12647 printing standard. Inline spectral measurements, Lab color records, and Delta E comparisons check printed color against approved targets. Every order undergoes 100% outgoing inspection before shipment.
Certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. SunTop has served more than 10, 000 customers worldwide and carries USD 5 million in print quality insurance coverage.
