Various Sizes and Over 100 Patterns Available: Our PVC floor tiles and planks come in different sizes including 4"X36", 6"X36", 6"X37", 8"X36", 12"X36", 24"X36", 12"X12", 18"X18", 600X300(mm); 600X600(mm). We offer various textures embossing, special UV surface treatment, beveled edges or fissured edges services. Around 100 wood grain series with the look and feel of real wood are available which provides high performance and budget friendly solutions.

OEM/ODM Capability: Our capacity is capable of manufacturing 150, 000 square meters per month. The annual output value is around US$2.3 Million. With rich experience, timely delivery and quality service, we established firm and cooperative relationships with our customers like Green World, Yukon Group, Hill Country, Golden Crown, Raiflex and Manhattan Co.

Procedures/testing Details

QC procedures are conducted as below:

1. Incoming materials inspection system: Inspecting raw materials before warehouse storage to screen out defective and ensure the quality of receiving materials.

2. QC patrol system: Sample inspection and random test is conducted and established in each manufacturing procedure for eliminating unqualified products into next procedure.

3. Finished products examination: Testing and examining finished products before product delivery to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Continuous quality improvement and yield rate review system
