Shanxi Xiangfen Jinquan Casting Co., LTD, one of the members of Longxing Group, is a nongovernmental joint-stock enterprise. It's located in Xiangfen Casting Industrial Zone, Linfen Shanxi. It occupies an area of 30, 000m2 with 200 employees. Jinquan has the capacities of casting, heat treatment, machining, physical&chemical testing, sueface tratement, packaging and transportation. The annual output of gray casting and ductile casting is 10, 000 tons.

Jinquan possesses the advanced producing and testing instruments. There are two FBOπ flaskless shoot squeeze horizontal molding line( imported from Japan), with molding flask by 450×550×(150+150), one automatic mixed sand dystem, two 5t cupola and two medium frequency electric furnace duplex alloy smelting system. There are equipments of chemical composition analysis, dynamic performance testing and molding sands examination fitted with spectrometer(imported from Italia) and metallographic micro- scope(imported from Japan).

The production operation is completely in line with international practice. It has passed ISO9001 quality control system in the year of 2004. The Company's principal activity is the manufactuing of cast-iron products such as SIM -GEUM, FORK, WHEEL and ROLL used in the control and power components of motor vehicles, and CRANK CASE, CRANK SHAFT, VALVE, NUT RING and BUNNET VALVE COVER used in refrigeration and other parts. The products are mainly exported to the countries such as Korea, the USA and the Netherlands.
