3. We usually do the business, like this step: 1. Get the drawing or sample; 2. Quoted; 3. Make our own samples and send; 4. Win the business. We are serious supplier, if you ask us to make the sample, that is to say, you have accepted our pricing, so, we will make it and send u by Fedex/DHL free charge; We are not willing to discuss the pricing after we sent the samples. So, the pricing negotation will happen before sample and we won't waste our sample charges. Of couse, our pricing is very competitive, and lead time is fast.
