MIM is short for Metal powder injection molding. The injection molding process for metal or ceram powder is a new style manufacture technology which combines plastic molding process with powder metallurgy process and powder pottery molding. It is suitable for mass production of small, precision and complex three-dimensional shape and special performance requirements of metal parts manufacturing.
It can complete complex geometric shapes of small parts (0.03 g ~ 200 g). High precision (plus or minus 0.1% to plus or minus 0.5%), good surface (roughness1~5 mu);
Products with high relative density (95 ~ 100%), HRC are more than 58 after heat treatment.
Production automation degree is high, suitable for a large number of production
There are many materials could be used, such as Iron-base alloy, low allow steel, stainless steel, tungsten alloy, hard metak alloy, magnetically soft alloy and so on. Our campany offer two of them: Iron-base alloy and stainless steel. We are glad to try other materials if you need.
