Our company covers an area of 15, 000 square meters, with a construction area of 11, 000 square meters, fixed assets of 50 million RMB, and a team of 30 employees, including 6 professional technical talents. We have built a solid foundation for research and production. We attach great importance to quality management and sustainable development, and have fully passed ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System certifications in 2016.

We are equipped with industry-leading production and testing equipment to ensure strict quality control throughout the entire process. In the forging section, we own more than 10 sets of special equipment, including a 4000-ton hydraulic press, providing strong forming capability for large and extra-heavy forgings. In the heat treatment section, our complete thermal system includes large natural gas heating furnaces and various electric furnaces, ensuring stable metallographic structure and mechanical properties. In the machining section, we are equipped with over 20 sets of precision machinery such as a φ6.7m CNC vertical lathe, guaranteeing high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. For quality inspection, our laboratory is fitted with universal testing machines, impact testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors and portable hardness testers, providing accurate and reliable data for product quality.

We mainly produce all types of free forgings and flanges with a single weight within 40 tons, and our product range includes hundreds of specifications. Our products are widely used in pressure pipelines, petrochemical, electric power, construction machinery, shipbuilding and other industries. With stable performance, excellent quality and competitive pricing, our products are well sold both at home and abroad, and have gained wide recognition and trust from customers.
