Founded in 1995, Shaanxi Changmei Technology Co., Ltd. Is a professional manufacturer and integrator of track vibration reduction and noise reduction products, as well as power supply insulation protection products for the railway and urban rail transit sectors in my country. Its main products include a series of track polymer materials, new medium- and high-grade vibration damping fasteners, a series of vibration damping elastomers, track bed vibration isolation pads, broadband rail damping, vibration dampers, and noise reducers. These products have been applied in nearly 400 urban rail transit lines and dozens of railway track engineering projects. Changmei Technology has successively established the "Shaanxi Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, " the "Shaanxi Provincial Industrial Design Center, " the "Shaanxi Provincial Academician and Expert Workstation, " and the Qin Chuangyuan "Scientist + Engineer" team, while simultaneously achieving automation and digital transformation and upgrading. Since 2018, it has been recognized by the provincial government as a Shaanxi Provincial Transformation and Upgrading Demonstration Enterprise, a Shaanxi Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise, a Shaanxi Provincial Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, a Shaanxi Provincial Excellent Private Enterprise, a Shaanxi Provincial Class A Taxpayer, and a AAA-level Credit Enterprise by banks. In 2019, Changmei Technology was among the first batch of enterprises recognized as "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Small Giant Enterprises" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. In 2021, it was recognized as a "Single Champion Enterprise in Manufacturing" in Shaanxi Province.

Through continuous innovation and development, Changmei Technology has achieved the substitution of metal materials for polymer materials and imported products for domestically produced ones, filling several domestic technological gaps. It has built the only continuous polyurethane casting production line in China and, through automation upgrades, has achieved the integrated application of ERP and MES systems for information management. Currently, it holds 76 national authorized patents, including 16 invention patents, and has participated in the formulation of 5 national standards and 2 industry standards. Its product technology is domestically leading and internationally advanced. It has received the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Rail Transit Association and the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from Shaanxi Province.
