Jiangsu Ouhuang Electric Technology Co., Ltd. Was established in May 2012 with a registered capital of 80.2 million RMB. Our headquarters is located in Xiguan Electric Vehicle Industrial Park, Feng County, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. With the main structure of our second-phase project completed, we have set up two specialized branch companies: Tianjin Leisure Vehicle Division and Shandong Fully Enclosed Vehicle Division, bringing our total annual production capacity to 1.2 million units.

Our brand portfolio includes two leading product lines: Ouhuang Heavy-duty Three-wheelers and Xiaodao Micro Trucks. To ensure superior product quality, we have built a complete manufacturing ecosystem with four core workshops: Stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, complemented by a dedicated technology R&D center. Our welding workshop uses industry-leading OTC robotic welding systems, supported by a full range of precision equipment including lathes, grinders, milling machines, and wire-cutting machines. The painting workshop is equipped with automated pickling-phosphating lines, electrophoresis systems, and robotic spraying technology, ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes.

We operate a fully integrated, modern production model, covering in-house mold development, independent vehicle design, self-manufactured core components, and end-to-end painting and assembly.
