Aksu Zhenglun Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park of Shaya County. The company has two factory areas covering 800 mu, mainly producing and selling cotton yarn, white grey fabric, bleached fabric, colored fabric, civil and household textile products, etc. Established in May 2019, the project started construction in July 2019.

Factory 1 is equipped with 628 high-speed air-jet looms, including 180 units of 360 model, 416 units of 280 model, and 32 units of 190 model.

Factory 2 has 220, 000 spindles of spinning machines, with a daily output of 70 tons of cotton yarn, and 892 air-jet looms (300 units of 360 model, including 64 dobby looms and 236 cam looms; 592 units of 280 model). The company has installed 300 sets of edge-finishing devices, with an output value of up to 1.5 billion yuan and providing employment for over 1, 500 people.

The project leverages Shaya County's rich raw material advantages to promote the development of Xinjiang's textile industry. It plays a significant role in optimizing the economic structure, increasing job opportunities, accelerating urbanization, developing a dual-circulation economic pattern, and driving high-quality economic growth.
