Cixi tongli bearing factory (tl) is located at zhouxiang town, cixi of ningbo, nearby the connection between no. 329 national highway and Shanghai-hangzhou-ningbo expressway. It enjoys an advantageous geographical position and convenient transportation as ningbo beilun harbor on the east, yuyao dalanshan on the south, shaoxing and hangzhou on the west and hangzhou bay on the north. Now there are more than 120 staff and workers and the factory covers a land area of 22, 500 square meters with 14, 000 square meters of factory building and office building. The factory has assets of RMB 30, 000, 000 with complete equipment, advanced technology and perfect inspection facilities. The factory has dynamic management system and flexible operating mechanism and it has an annual capacity of 11, 000, 000 sets of bearing.
The factory is ISO 9002 certified in 1998 and ts 16949 quality assurance system certification.
Since 1993, the factory professionally manufactures various roller bearings in metric system and English system of over 17 mm ID and below 180 mm od. It is capable to design any special purpose bearing to meet customer special demand. The factory mainly supplies sino-American joint venture Shanghai general bearing company limited in great amount for tens years and the assembly sells to the United States, Germany and other domestic and international markets.
