Our company is located in Huixian City, Henan Province, the birthplace of spring manufacturing in Henan. We are a professional spring manufacturer with a longstanding history. Founded in 1996 as Zhongzhou Jinggong Spring Factory, the enterprise was restructured and renamed Xinxiang Shenghui Spring Co., Ltd. In 2016. We are dedicated to the full chain development and production of springs. Currently, we have more than 40 employees, over 30 sets of various spring coiling equipment, cover a plant area of 7, 000 square meters, and possess assets valued at over 10 million RMB. For more than 20 years, relying on strong R&D capabilities and advanced production technologies and equipment, we have maintained a leading position in the spring manufacturing industry.

Production Capacity

The company is equipped with advanced automated spring making equipment, including cylindrical spring coiling machines, universal spring coiling machines, CNC forming machines for special shaped springs, intelligent bending machines, robotic welding systems, high temperature tempering furnaces, various presses and spot welding machines. Meanwhile, we are equipped with professional testing facilities such as fatigue testing machines, pressure testing machines, tensile testing machines, torsion testing machines and hardness testers.

Our annual production capacity reaches 20 million torsion springs, tension springs and flat springs each, 50 million motor springs, 4 million starter brush springs, and 2 million special shaped springs of other types.
