1. The Pre-Shipment Inspection includes: Quantity check, workmanship check, size and weight, product performance, outer carton size and weight, various labels and Logo.
2. By conducting a sampling test in accordance with the AQL standard, the problem points are counted and an overall assessment of the quality of the goods is made.
3. Once the inspection is completed, a report will be issued to client and a reference comment will be given about if the goods can be shipped. This inspection can serve as a powerful reference for you to judge the quality of the whole batch of products.
4. Container Loading Check is the container loading process when the factory shipping the goods. It can effectively avoid loading incorrect goods, quantity, short or over shipment. Whether the product and the outer carton will be damaged during the loading process. The inspection continues until the container is fully loaded and locked with the shipping company seal.
