AUSTONG has manufactured series of products of high temperature eggshell china with the body thin, high white and good translucent. By utilzing new processing techniques, the products are deoxidizingly fired in the way of form-fixed which keeps the thin biscuit free from transforming at a high-temperature of 1340~1360 degrees Celsius. And after glost firing at 1200~1220 degrees Celsius, the surface of glaze appears smooth and glossy, which you can't find any pore under 10x magnifying glass.

With the in-house R&D team, the factory has developed new clay materials. Integrating with decal printing, the surface of the glaze naturally produces relieves after decal baking at 1160 ~1180 degrees Celsius. The products have won the Award for the 'Science & Technology Advancement' at the municipal level and have aquired two invent patents in the People's Republic of China.

Founded in 1990, the factory covers a workshop area of 16, 000 square meters, equipped with five shuttle kilns for high temperature biscuit firing with capacity of 50 cubic meters producing five million pieces per annum,
a tunnel kiln for mid-temperature glost firing or decal baking with annual capacity of 10 million pieces and an electrical heated roller kiln for gilding, 20 roller press biscuit forming machines as well as glaze making and clay making devices. There is a workforce of 250 persons.
