The factory will equip 8 sets of aluminium foil rolling Machines, 2 sets of cold rolling machines, 20 sets of aluminium foil finishing equipments, and 42 sets of annealing Furnaces. Our production capacity will be 20 thousands Tons aluminium sheet/coil and 50 Thousands Tons Aluminium foil.

Now the first 1 set of cold rolling machine 2 sets of aluminium foil rolling machines, 1 set of foil Doubleing machine, 1 set of vertical foil separator, 1 set of thick foil shear, 1 set of Large-Diameter Strip-Cutting Machine, 4 sets of 20Tons annealing furnaces have been installed and will begin to work at the end of May, 2012.

The 2 sets universal aluminium foil rolling machines Φ280/Φ850*2000 was produced by Zhuoshen Company equipped With the international advanced AGC(produced by Siemens)and AFC(produced by Siemens) Systems in order to get high-precision products. The finished products thickness is up to 0.006mm and the biggest width is up to 1720mm.
