DYS has a domestic advanced automatic casting production line and international advanced-level machining equipment such as CNC, numerical lathes and numerical milling machines etc., and detecting & testing equipment. We also have fast and efficient production capacity. 10 days for the mold and 7 days for the samples generally.

Our capacity in 2019 reached 2000 tons of castings and machined parts, which involve in various mechanical spare parts, automotive accessories, valves, pipe fittings and gym equipment. The raw material consists of stainless steel, carbon steel & low alloy steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, and other non-ferrous metals. DYS can deliver the customer castings, semi-finished parts and finished parts respectively and accordingly.
