Xijiao Freight Yard was founded in November 2001, located in Dongying Chemical Park, Shikou Town, Dongying District. It borders Provincial Highway S316 to the west and National Highway G220 to the south. With a registered capital of 30 million RMB, it covers an area of over 600 mu and employs 80 staff.

Its dedicated railway lines connect to Shikou Station of Zibo Depot under Jinan Railway Bureau, linking Deda Railway and Zhangdong Branch of Jiaoji Railway. Situated at the core railway hub of Dongying, it is the only local dedicated line directly connected to two national railways. It serves as a distribution hub for multimodal road, railway and sea transportation of bulk cargo in Dongying and surrounding areas, known as an inland wharf.

It owns 4 operational third-party dedicated railway lines for hazardous chemicals in Dongying with a total length of 4, 230 meters. There is an oil storage depot for crude oil and refined oil with 46 storage tanks and a total storage capacity of 142, 000 cubic meters. Equipped with a 310-meter refined oil loading & unloading trestle and 24 loading arms, it handles over 10, 000 tons of refined oil via 4 railway trains and 10, 000 tons via more than 300 trucks daily. 56 crude oil loading arms support daily crude oil unloading of 3 railway trains exceeding 10, 000 tons.

It has a cargo yard of over 100, 000 square meters, equipped with more than 10 sets of operating facilities including excavators, loaders and 40-ton gantry cranes. It daily receives and unloads over 10, 000 tons of bulk cargo such as coal, steel and building materials via 3 trains, with an annual cargo throughput capacity of over 5 million tons.

It is a large private comprehensive third-party logistics enterprise integrating railway cargo transportation, warehousing and wholesale of oil products, chemicals, coal, steel and building materials.
