Tianchang Sedac Co., Ltd. is the only manufacturing unit worldwide of the European renowned furniture hardware group SEDAC-MERAL, located in Tianchang, Anhui Province, China.

Founded in Belgium in 1988 through the merger of Sedac and Meral, SEDAC-MERAL has nearly 40 years of experience in the R&D and production of sofa bed mechanisms, and is a leading brand in Europe for metal convertible bed systems. In 1998, the group established its first China office in Shanghai, marking its official entry into the Chinese market. Later, all production capacity was consolidated to Tianchang, Anhui, forming the current "Global R&D, Chinese Manufacturing, Global Service" model.

As the sole global production base of SEDAC-MERAL, we specialize in sofa bed metal frames, multi-functional bed mechanisms, folding/telescopic hardware, and electroplated metal components. With full in-house capabilities including stamping, welding, assembly and electroplating, our products are exported to more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas, serving major furniture brands worldwide.

Adhering to the philosophy of "European Standards, Local Costs, Fast Delivery", we combine the group's mature patents, strict quality control (salt spray, fatigue testing, EU environmental standards) with large-scale manufacturing and flexible lead times in Tianchang, delivering durable, cost-effective and customizable hardware solutions for multi-functional furniture.
