Shenzhen Mimoyin Technology Co., Ltd. is a custom manufacturer specializing in waterproof breathable membranes, acoustic vent membranes and pressure equalization components.

Our main materials include ePTFE, TPU and PU membranes. We provide custom die-cut membrane components for automotive electronics, TWS earbuds, wearable devices, outdoor electronics, sensors, lighting products and industrial enclosures.

Our ePTFE membrane solutions can provide IP67/IP68 waterproof protection, acoustic loss of ≤ 1 dB and continuous temperature resistance from -40° C to +260° C. Premium acoustic-grade PU membranes provide measured acoustic loss of approximately 0.5-1.5 dB. Breathability is tested as total airflow through a 10 mm diameter orifice at 7 kPa, with available ranges from approximately 200 to 12, 000 ml/min depending on the required waterproof pressure.

Mimoyin does not sell fixed catalog components. Each product is custom matched to the customer's drawing, housing structure, airflow requirement, acoustic target and waterproof specification. We support material selection, sample prototyping, adhesive lamination, precision die cutting and batch production.

Our goal is to help customers solve condensation, internal pressure build-up, acoustic attenuation and waterproof sealing problems with reliable membrane solutions.
